Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Returned items must be in original form, and should be unworn and unwashed. If your product was damaged during shipment, please provide photos in the email so that we may rectify any issues.

Get Bent Tees reserves the right to refuse a return if the items are not received in the condition outlined on this page. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us. Get Bent Tees will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed and updated the address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer -Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges can be offered at your expense and our discretion however nothing is ever written in stone and we will try to do our best to make your experience a pleasant one. We want you to wear our products.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
