Products sold by Get Bent Tees are POD Print On Demand products which means once you buy a shirt we send that order to the printer to get fulfilled. These times can be be between 3-5 days to fulfill, then add shipping times on top of that. Due to this process we can not guarantee an exact time on when it will be delivered. If the product is for a gift order at least 14 days before the event.
If the products are required by a certain time please order 14 days earlier to avoid any delay.
During the Christmas period we take about 3-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
How long until I get my shirts?
Great question. We use a print on demand service, which means when you order a shirt we send the design to the printers, then we ship it.
So from the time you place your order to the time you get it can vary.
In our time doing this if you are in the US and Canada you receive your order generally within a week (shipping times can be longer during the Christmas period). If you are in the rest of the world, 2 weeks is an average. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Now of course we don’t control the delivery services or the weather, customs etc so we can’t be liable for these.
To be safe if you need the order for a gift please allow min 10 working days in the US and Canada and 20 working days for the rest of the world.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:
1. Weight and dimensions of a package
2. Place of Dispatch
It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.
There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
